Xie Zhou is
Doctor of Philology, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Russian Language, Southwest University, the People’s Republic of China, Director of the Center for the Study of Russian-Speaking Countries, Southwest University under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, member of the All-China Committee for Teaching the Russian Language under the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
Director of the Center for the Study of Russian-Speaking Countries of Southwest University under the Ministry of Education of the PRC. Member of the All-China Committee for Teaching the Russian Language under the Ministry of Education of the PRC. A well-known Chinese specialist in Russian literature, regional studies and Russian studies, the author of many translations of Russian classical literature into Chinese.
The author and scientific editor of more than 100 scientific and educational works, articles in journals, including those indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases, included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications, as well as indexed in CSSCI (Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index), Chinese Core Journals.
Member of the editorial board of the journal “Verhnevolzhsky Philological Bulletin,” member of the editorial board of the Chinese scientific journal “Russian Literature and Art.”
